We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
